Comprehensive Intake - 80 minutes
During the intake, you can expect to be asked in-depth questions about your current health status and lifestyle. We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan of action.
We believe in transparent pricing. The intake session is $240 USD. This does not include the cost of any tests or products that may be recommended. Limited scholarships may be available. Please contact our office for details.
Standard Session - 50 minutes
After completing a comprehensive intake, you can set up a follow-up schedule on your terms.
We are honored to support you and can make adjustments for continuing optimal health.
